Ordering

How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select which restaurant management suite you want to order and then click on the buy button, your payment will be directed to the Clickbank paymant portal where you can make a payment by Visa Card, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. You DON’T need to have a PayPal account to pay by your credit cards.
Can I place orders by phone?
Unfortunately we don’t accept payment by phone, however you can contact us any time through our support ticket system.
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed on-line using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
Do you charge Sales Tax or GST?
No sales taxes or GST is charged to your account all our products are exempt from all sales taxes, VAT and GST.
Can I use the Restaurant Management Tools on a PC and a Mac?
Yes, you can use our Restaurant Management tools on both a PC and a Mac. You have the option to download both files to your computer at the time of purchase.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality products, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you download your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our support ticket system for a return authorization within 60 days of receipt.
How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your request for a refund via our support ticket system. A credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days via PayPal. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

We don’t ship any of our products as you download your purchase directly to your computer from our website.
